Primary Job Function

To target, implement and grow profitable business by managing and developing a portfolio of selected Key Account Customers across Sweden.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as the principal point of contact between the customer, the sales and service network, Insite facilities and the support functions. This will include the need to matrix manage with colleagues at a European level.
• Through agreed objectives, implement the business development strategy and deliver targeted Key Performance indicators.
• Continually look at ways to maximise growth and profit opportunities through promoting Brammers value proposition, influencing and working with the appropriate key stakeholders.
• Manage the accounts professionally to ensure both the customers and Brammers needs and aspirations are met.
• Enhance our product offering by identifying new business opportunities and customer contacts.
• Fully utilise our key suppliers to provide technical support and advice and identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure rigorous communication channels are updated following actions from customer reviews.
• Ensure that our contractual obligations are understood and are project managed thoroughly through the contract cycle.

You will be a part of our experienced Nordic team within key account, and will also work closely together with Brammers other teams. You will report directly to the Sales Director for Brammer Nordic. The position is based in our head office in Gothenburg but will include regular travel across Sweden, particularly in the South.

Skills/Experience Required

• To be fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a strategic sales role.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good presentation, organisational and project management skills.
• Experienced in being accountable and responsible for delivering work actions and outcomes.
• Motivated to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
• Good overall business understanding and be a strong relationship builder.
• Bachelor Degree or similar relevant education required.
