• Plan, conduct and report the work
• Contribute with resin characterisation with existing in-house methods
• Develop and share knowledge of chemical derivitisation of agarose/biopolymer bead technologies, and surface chemistry
• Monitor the progress in the field of solid-phase organic chemistry and biopolymer bead technology
• Commitment to quality - to work according to ISO9001:2015
Candidate requirements (qualifications/experience)
• MSc or PhD in Organic chemistry, or similar
• Knowledge in solid-phase organic chemistry
• Fluent English

• Knowledge in organic chemistry and related characterisation
• Strong skills in conducting and recording scientific work
• Well-organised, flexible and sharing information within the organisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Self-motivated and with strong communication skills
