As our HVDC Bid & Proposal Manager you will be an important member in a committed team of people with great experience and competence in several areas within HVDC. In our multi-cultural organization, built on team spirit and cooperation, you will have a great deal of responsibility and develop both professionally and personally.
In this role you will be leading a tendering team and work with our exciting and important tenders for HVDC. This role is based in either Ludvika or Västerås but you will collaborating with teams and customers all over the world. Your responsibilities
Leading a Bid & Proposal team of technical, procurement, construction, project management and commercial experts for sales of large projects
Be enticed by working with tenders in a high performing international environment
Have frequent contacts with colleagues as well as clients globally in the international environment of the projects
Ensure that our bid strategy for specific projects is implemented and fulfilled, that our client relations are managed and ultimately that the total offering is meeting the customer expectations
Working closely with the business unit global sales team and be responsible for managing the entire bid process with the ultimate aim to present the offer to the end client

Your background
As a leader you are inspirational, customer-focused, empowering, and accountable
You have work experience and interest of management of large-scale projects or tenders
You are communicative and collaborative, especially since the position entails interaction with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Technical or commercial experience of HVDC systems or similar, is an advantage as you will be working with HVDC
You enjoy working in teams in a high demand environment and are comfortable to deal with international business clients
You are used to handle many tasks simultaneously and to work structured and methodically
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required. Knowing Swedish or other languages is a merit
