The Bid Management office for new sales of industrial Gas Turbines for power generation needs you.

A snapshot of your typical workday with us
You are working with sales projects in an international environment together with colleagues from regional sales offices in various location such as Singapore, Dubai, Beijing or Orlando. You are in close cooperation with company experts from engineering, project management, legal and finance. You learn new things and develop your skills in every project. You are surrounded by supportive and highly motivated colleagues in a professional and easy-going atmosphere where we support each other in challenging situations.
Together with your colleagues in Sales, Bid Management and other disciplines within the organisation you develop technical bids that suit our customers' requirements and fits our products and solutions.
You will have the opportunity to do business travels and visit our customers when required.
Bid manager is a key position in the organisation and you will develop relations with all central functions within the company.
How you will make an impact
As Bid Manager you are exposed to a big variety of technical- and commercial aspects that few others can offer, such as:
* You lead the work with producing profitable technical solutions based on Siemens Energy standard that fulfil customer requests
* You coordinate mitigations of technical risks with support from Product owners and engineering
* You have an active role in technical- and commercial negotiations with our customers
* You do presentations of our products and technical solutions for our customers
* You hand over your sales project to the project execution organisation after successful order
What you bring
Together with your local- and global colleagues you deliver sustainable products and solutions to the global energy market.
* You are an experienced engineer with a passion for both technical- and commercial topics
* You have experience from customer solutions within engineering, installation & commissioning, sales or service
* You are easy-going, communicative and comfortable in demanding situations where You drive progress
* You master Professional English, spoken and written
About the team
Some 60 dedicated colleagues are working in Bid Management in Finspång. In the Power generation team where you will work we are 26 men and women of all ages. The other teams within Bid managent are specialized in Gas Turbine Extended Scope, FEED, Oil&Gas and Heat pumps.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
