Level B: The consultant has more than 5 years of consulting experience from the desired competence.
Level C: The consultant has more than 10 years of consulting experience from the desired competence.

Within the service area Business Intelligence, we develop BI-solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions. The demand for BI solutions is high and is expected to increase even more as the need for decision support is increasing in most business functions. Right now we are currently looking for someone who can take the role as a project manager / requirement analyst for a selfservice BI self-service initiative in the area that serves our Marketing business with BI applications. Along with business and IT you will detail and specify business and IT requirements to suppliers as well as coordinate and lead implementation towards relevant management situations.
You have experience of leading BI-related projects.
Work tasks:
• Define the scope along with business and IT
• Define a timeplan and prioritized list of requirements in relation to expected release dates
• Define the IT requirements towards the suppliers
• Detailing the business processes and produce the deliverables required from an IT and business perspective
• Conceptual modeling
• Planning and follow up (delivery, budget and sourcing)
• Close co-operation with relevant stakeholders, such as business users, BI Operations and the maintenance team
• Escalate issues and risks to IT Service Responsible (ISR)
• Report status and any risks/issues to steering group and management
• Serve as a link between IT and business
Required skills:
• Project Manager / Coordinator 5-10 years experience
• Experience of managing BI projects ? preferably retail ? with technology and business focus
• Experience in conceptual modeling from a business perspective
• Experience in requirements gathering from IT and business perspective
• Excellent communication skills (English and Swedish)
It is an advantage if you have experience in Business Intelligence with focus on self-service BI.
