The Digital Services organisation in Tetra Pak Services is responsible for driving the digital transformation of our service business in close collaboration with the Clusters and the business organisations in Tetra Pak Services Packaging.
As an BI Developer, you will have a key role in making sure insights from data is found and made available for consumption. Building and continuously finding new insights.
This role is based in Lund, Sweden and will require approximately 10% of travelling.
Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for interpreting the business needs into technical requirements, and write such requirements for the team developing the semantic layer. Acts as the super user for Power BI and reporting being fully responsible for documentation, development, and deployment of reports against the semantic layer as well as ad-hoc reports against other data sources.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to be a structured and output oriented person who has a pragmatic approach. You are a team player who is capable of motivating and establishing relations with people on all levels, internal and customer. You are a fast learner and eager to make things happen and execute this desire with a high level of drive. You have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to perform research that involves interpretation and analysis from a variety of sources, including sources and/or data that should be developed. Further you have experience/knowledge from:
• Translation of business questions and requirements into reports, views, and BI query objects
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft BI stack architectures, functions, features and design principles.
• Hands on experience with SQL and relational and multidimensional designs.
• Strong problem-solving and metadata skills.
• Expert knowledge of DAX
• Good knowledge of data visualization.
• Hands on expertise with Power BI reports against a MS Analysis Services using Tabular models.
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 and strong SQL skills.
