hela Sverige Tele2 BI and Analytics is is among other things responsible for Tele2 Big Data, Data Warehousing, Analytics and BI development. This team is made up of consultants as well as employees, working closely together with business, and handles development as well as maintenance. It is for this team that we now are on the search for a BI developer. Job descriptionWe work in accordance with the agile manifesto. We make sure that we, together with our PO, break our requirements down into minimal viable products and thereby deliver value fast and often to our requestors and stake holders. As a developer in this team, you're expected to take proactive responsibility in making sure business needs are understood, broken down into Minimal Viable Products, scoped, committed and delivered. Work is conducted in close cooperation with business - Product Owner as well as Stakeholders. This is what we're looking for in a BI Developer colleague: The person we are searching for is an experienced developer who can get an understanding of the problems at hand and can come up with different approaches to solving them. In order to fit in this role you need to be a team player. We believe that knowledge sharing is extremely important, not only through the daily standups but continuously throughout each and every workday. At the same time, you're expected to take great own responsibility in making sure the team delivers on the committed MVPs. Working as closely together with business as our development teams do, we need people with eminent communication skills who do not shy away from face-to-face-dialogue with stake holders. Furthermore, we would like you to: Have a strong, solid SQL experience and knowledgeHave experience from working with major BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Cognos or ExcelHave a passion for how to present data so that it's easily understandable and usableHave knowledge about data warehousing, data modelling and information architectureHave a University degree within IT, finance, statistics or equivalent Be fluent in English, written and spoken What Tele2 can give you:Working at Tele2 you will work in a creative and flexible work environment.
