Global HR Generalist Business Area Digital Services

You have a strong inner drive with a great interest of translating business opportunities into people related activities. You have the ability to engage, inspire and influence people. You are used to drive tactical HR initiatives in a global environment. You are interested in market trends and have an innovative mindset.

As a global HR Generalist in Business Area Digital Services, you will be responsible for the execution of all HR activities supporting a global organization with employees in several countries. You will deliver great results to the business through a matrix organization. You will be part of BA Digital HR leadership team and report to Tobias Julén, HR Head for BA Digital Services.

To be successful, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the full range of HR functional areas. You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field. Fluent in English. The position is based out of Kista, Sweden.

• Deliver integrated high quality HR solutions to the business
• Support leaders with organization effectiveness through organization design, team effectiveness, coaching and change management
• Drive organizational and cultural change

You will provide expert advice and coaching to leaders with your strong communication skills and your excellent leadership capabilities. You use business acumen skills to develop clear, actionable steps in business projects and HR deliveries. We are in a rapid transformation where digitalization and new ways of doing HR will be key for the future and where you will have a chance to make a difference in Ericsson's strategic HR agenda.
