You will establish trust and credibility by demonstrating clear understanding of how the customer defines value and leveraging this knowledge to maximize value for Bauer Hockey and the customer. To give you a few examples of your responsibilities:
• driving team sales for senior, junior and youth teams
• initiate retail base growth in your territory
• meet merchandising needs of your customers
Do you have what it takes to win? Want to join our team as Sales Rep? As Sales Rep you will be responsible for optimizing the sales and service of Bauer product to customers within mid-Sweden.
To be successful as Sales Rep, we believe you have the following equipment in your trunk:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent preferred (2-3 years of additional sales experience in lieu of degree).
• 2-4 years of sales, hockey product industry field sales or the equivalent of consumer packaged goods sales experience strongly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of the hockey industry and trends in the marketplace preferred.
• Knowledge of sales programs, policies and procedures, and retailer business operations preferred.
• Merchandising experience a plus.
• Must be able to develop and maintain fair and honest relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Must have the ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action.
• Good communication skills required, such as abilities to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driver's license
