hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation to drive the shift towards sustainable transport systems. An important part of this is electrification of our trucks, buses, industrial and marine applications.
To support this Scania is building a battery assembly plant and a high voltage cable assembly line in Södertälje. This project is in the very exciting final phase before hand over to the receiving organization.
We need to strengthen the project management team responsible for these plants. Do you want to help us in Battery Production Project to succeed with our endeavor?

Your role
As an assistant project manager you will be a part of the project management team and help us keep good order on our common forums and governing documents. Your main task will be to keep time plan, installation plan and test plans up to date with all concerned subprojects and cross functions.
Your work assignments
You will:
• Keep forums where time plan is followed, changes implemented and consequences clarified
• Communicate changes and deviations
• Participate in steering forums and communicate status and decisions
• Facilitate coordinating activities as needed
Experience
We see this as an entry level position.
• You have a relevant university education (engineering preferably)
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish is a basic requirement
• You are skilled with office and preferably project software
