Linkoping, where we currently are 8 employees. We market our products through
owner Hypercom Corp, who is a worldwide market leader in the card payment
terminal and payment solution segment. We are one of a few development
centre's, within the corporation, with responsibility for platform development
of high secure products and integrated payment solution. Together with the
worldwide sails and marketing network we have won several big deals.
Operation System/Application/Basic Software Designer The work will be
focused on embedded solutions, which are running on dedicated platforms e.g.
microprocessors and microcontrollers, including ARM, MIPS, Atmel AVR, Martek and
etc. The development require a good knowledge of hardware and low level
software as well as high level programming on C, C++, Java, JScript and Python.
The full list of requirements sees below. The main task is to maintain
and further develop a program package from our main customer. This will require
knowledge of the specific microprocessors (ARM7, ARM9 and USIP) and
microcontrollers (89C51, MPS430 and Magtek ASIC) used in the design, deep
knowledge in the Operation System architectures, implementing and maintaining
symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms and the PKCS standards. Also
includes maintaining and improving/upgrading internal and customer designed
regression test systems. The other responsibilities include: -
Development and/or support of custom low level software (firmware), such
Booters, Loaders and OS drivers and etc. - Development and/or support of
custom cryptographic libraries. - Development and/or support of high level
test frameworks for aforementioned components. - Development and/or support
project documentations. You will run projects in close contact with
customers and their affiliated subcontractors. The job requires good
language capabilities mainly in English and most of the customer contacts are in
English. Requirements: - Strong knowledge in the Operation System
architectures, including various driver designs. - General embedded system
programming skills. - Strong cryptography skills, including symmetric and
asymmetric algorithms, cryptographic key exchange protocols and PKCS standard
family in particular. - Experience with OpenSSL library is a plus. -
Embedded C and assembly skills for ARM7 and ARM9 processors. - Embedded C
and assembly skills for MIPS (USIP) processor. - Embedded C and assembly
skills for Atmel AVR (89C51) processor. - Embedded C and assembly skills for
TI MPS430 processor. - General test system programming skills on C, C++,
Java, JScript. - General text processors skills, including Doxygen
knowledge.
