Base tech test automation engineer - EE Architecture
EE Architecture department is responsible for the vehicles entire electrical architecture design regarding topology, logic architecture, function allocation, system safety and basetech.
The base technology team at CEVT is a sub-team of EE Architecture and responsible for requirements, support, verification, internal training and development of future strategies for the complete base technology area, which includes: AUTOSAR, Communication, Diagnostics, Software download, Hardware platform etc.
As a Base technology test automation engineer at CEVT you will work together with Base Technology concept owners to develop automated tests for a variety of different concepts. With portability as one of the highest priorities. The automated tests involves both Embedded SW, HW and SW. Your responsibilities also includes new development, maintenance of the CEVT AUTOSAR acceptance tests automated test suite, this also means that interaction with AUTOSAR suppliers will be necessary.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Development of automated test environment
• Integrate Base technologies tests into automated test environment Redwood
• Contribute to Electrical EA test automation projects
• Write test automation guidelines
• Updates and development of Base technology test scripts
• Development, maintenance and supplier support CEVT AUTOSAR Acceptance tests
Profile and Background
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area
• Previous experience of base technologies concepts
• Proven knowledge of CEVT Base technology concepts such as SWDL, Gateway and Network Management
• Vector CANoe development experience
• Experience of CEVT Test automation framework
• Deep knowledge within CAN, Flexray and Ethernet
• Excellent skills in co-operation, teamwork and networking
• AUTOSAR Acceptance test experience
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize and deliver on time
Strong ability for cross-functional and multi-cultural teamwork
