The position is part of the Global Marketing Business Management team belonging to Global Marketing Operations, within Global Consumer Experience. The position will be responsible for ensuring the operation and development of Content Store to meet users' needs. The position reports to the Director of Global Marketing Business management.
Job description
* BAM for the Global Marketing tool "Content Store", assuring the operation of the platform
* Lead the development of the Content Store, to continuously improve markets', agencies' and other stakeholders' ability to efficiently receive content support, in order to meet communication needs
* Lead the Road Map for Content Distribution- Continuously keep up with benchmark functions of content distribution/marketing tools and drive evolution to secure we meet requirements of tomorrow
* Work closely with the Content Creation teams in support of toolkit development, formats, structure etc.
* Work closely with the suppliers and the ITAM ensure delivery according to SLA and with agencies to ensure they deliver according to agreed formats.
* Work closely with other important stakeholders like the local markets and their retailers, PR, VCCS and other functions within Global Marketing (e.g. Marketing Platforms), and Marketing Operations.
* Lead the implementation of Projects within the Platform: Roll, out of dealer modules, CMS Brand portal, and other tools within the Platform
* Secure the right project requirements, the right scope and strong user insights into the development as well as maintenance process of this tool.
* Secure that the yearly budget is efficiently spent and followed-up continuously.
* Secure an appropriate communication, implementation as well as education program for new users.
* Secure continuous improvements on the tool based on e.g. quarterly user surveys, reference group meetings and other stakeholder input.
Required Qualifications
* Documented experience working with Marketing systems
* Track record in leading global software suppliers / agencies
* International mindset and market experience gained from working in a market or solid experience from working with markets from HQ
* Understanding business challenges from system migration, integration and development
* Experience in budget planning and management
* Broad planning and project management experience
* Broad, global business perspective and understanding
* Fluent in English, both verbally and written
* University degree
