At Global Finance Operations you will be a key contributor to the creation of the next generation Finance community - One Finance. You and your team will develop and implement smart and nimble finance processes and tools to support the business in the best way. This will be done in close cooperation with Business Control in the functions as well as the Group Finance functions. Through networking and benchmarking you will be part of taking the Finance organization into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us. As a Business Application Manager SAP SD Promotions within Global Finance Operations you will lead the development and maintenance of the SAP SD Promotions together with a team within Finance Applications. This work will provide a great opportunity for the right person to gain knowledge about Volvo Cars finance processes and tools. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within Volvo Cars is required.
Main responsibilities
* Drive the strategic business development for Volvo Cars SAP SD Promotions within the finance organisation
* Identify areas of improvement and drive development needs including funding requests related to the application and the processes it supports
* Govern business and user requirements through application development and maintenance, including developing business requirement specifications
* Keep track of trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class
* Actively lead and participate in various projects
* Business approval of change requests and secure that acceptance tests are performed on new or changed applications
* Defining proper key performance indicators and follow up
* Performs or secures user training and compilation of user documentation
* Identify Market improvement areas and plan training/follow up
Required qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration and/or IT or equivalent with 5-10 years relevant experience from accounting and IT in an international organization
* Understanding of Finance processes and policies supported by SAP Finance
* Understanding of Volvo Cars SAP landscape
* Experience in business requirement specification development
* Knowledge in operational development and IT security
* Experience in the area of VME/VDM in the Market; it is essential to know, have worked and understood the way a complex NSC is setting Support, Promotions and Incentives to their dealers
* Experience of the Volvo Cars Claim process when it come to the conquest and loyalty campaigns

* A great communicator and excellent cooperation skills

* Fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and written
