Fishbrain's growth team works throughout the whole product to identify growth opportunities. The growth team is a cross-functional team focused on user acquisition, activation, revenue and retention. You will play an important role in setting the plan for the team and continuously iterate on it and build the systems and services that support the team's rapid feature iteration and multivariate testing.

Responsibilities
• Work in our Growth team to design, build, and maintain backend systems and services that support the team's roadmap.
• Work with our mobile engineers as they integrate backend systems into product experiences.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve our growth and experimentation infrastructure, tooling, and process.
• Provide strong technical feedback to other engineers through code reviews, engineering design reviews, and collaborative problem solving sessions.
Skills & Wish list
• Bachelor's degree and/or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience and at least 3-5 years work experience.
• Fluency in an OOP language, such as Ruby, Java, C++, or similar and willingness to learn and explore new things.
• You love to learn new stuff and understand problems, come up with ideas and solutions and turn it into a structured backlog.
• You rather have a broad experience with interest in business, UX, product, psychology and of course tech than specializing in one specific thing.
• Mediocre humor (optional, it's more what you can expect from us...).
