Your role will be to give our customers the best costumer service there is! You will be working with a small and creative team and you will have a great possibility to grow and getting more responsibility. We currently have 200 customers in over 30 countries and are growing every day.
Among your tasks is:
• Learn everything about us and provide accurate and fast answers on questions.
• Maintain a good working relationship with contacts
• Always show a positive attitude in front of every costumer and try to satisfy all their needs - solving any problems or directing it to the person in charge
• Arrange meetings if necessary
• Representing the company and what we stand for Apply if you are awesome and meets the following criteria.
• You are a peoples person. You can easy understand other peoples needs.
• Problem solver
• A good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You need to be confident speaking and writing in English. Any other language skills is a plus.
• A positive attitude and plenty of initiative
• Confidence using the phone and Reaching out to people directly, as well as meeting face-to -Face
• Strong communication skills (with clients and co-workers), good prioritization, high motivation levels and an aptitude for multitasking People with a passion for or previous experience in coffee and technology will be prioritized.
