In January the recruitment season is upon us. This is a fantastic time of the year for us because it is at that time we are recruiting all seasonal staff onboard our ferries and ashore. We are now looking to strengthen our recruitment team with a communicative recruitment superstar who will lead our kitchen recruitments and be very involved in other seasonal recruitments.
As seasonal recruiter you will mainly work with recruitment of our seasonal staff to all our ferries in and around Sweden with focus on the kitchen staff and chef.
Your main focus will be our seasonal recruitment process of our seasonal stuff and you will also lead our kitchen recruitments. From the first day at work you will get responsible for your own recruitments, so we are searching for a responsible person who likes to have a lot of things to do.
What you'll do:
• Handling applications, selection of candidates, references as well as booking courses and medical examinations
• Administration of seasonal recruitment
• First point of contact with candidates
• Support and administer in all other recruitment processes
• Other administrative tasks relevant for the position
Who you are:
You have a couple of years' experience from working with recruitment and a Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR. Experience from working with recruitments to kitchen or seasonal staff is a merit and also experience from working with the recruitment system ReachMee.
It is important that you are a non-prestigious and flexible person and that you are willing to take on many different tasks. You enjoy contact with other people as well as communication and you easily create relationships with others. We work in a small team so you need to be able to with a team as well as individually.
