Background
Everöds Elbyrå has been delivering high-quality electricity and heat pump services in eastern Scania for more than 50 years. Already in 2015, the electricity agency began to review the market for solar cells and in recent years has grown a lot in this segment as well as charging boxes. Today we are over 40 employees from offices in Everöd south of Kristianstad and in Höör. Since a year ago, we have organized the business into three segments - Electricity, Solar and Heat Pump with a department head for each segment. Everöds Elbyrå has been part of the ENWELL group since 2020. ENWELL offers energy solutions for villa and property owners with the aim of professionalizing the market. As Department Manager Heat Pumps at Everöd,
you report directly to the company's site manager and are a member of the company's management. We see that you, the applicant, have experience in running operational work independently with a high focus on customer service, goals and results. You are a natural leader who in a safe and clear way leads your employees both through a fast-paced everyday life but is also able to develop the business over time.
The company's range of services today includes the majority of heat pump solutions such as mountain and geothermal heating, exhaust air/ventilation and cooling. Everöd's total range also includes solar cells and charging boxes as well as electrical expertise for both residential and contracting. Everöd supports both private and commercial property owners.
The service includes, among other things:
Personnel responsibility
Hold employee and salary discussions with their employees and that measures based on the results of employee surveys are carried out
Responsible for meeting structure and that communication to and from employees takes place in a good way.
Responsible for recruitment and induction within their department.
Ensure a safe and secure work environment, that all employees have the right training, skills and authorizations.
Operational efficiency
Establish, develop & comply with functioning routines and measurement around our working methods.
Planning, booking and organization of installation assignments.
Be a support and a backup to the service manager
Responsible for ensuring that the logistics around goods/materials and employees work well. This also includes the introduction of better systems for inventory management as well as dialogue and optimization with other ENWELL companies.
Customer focus and finances
You ensure that there is a contact person for the customer regarding installation assignments.
Ensures that the employees have "the customer in focus" and deliver a high quality that creates customer value.
ENWELL's joint customer journey must be at the center and further developed
Responsible for ongoing attestation of time reports regarding payroll and invoice documents.
Ongoing work with the department's finances based on budget, outcomes, risks and opportunities for improvement
Requirements specification
Qualifications and characteristics
more than 5 years of work experience from service and installation activities
Technical education
Experience in leading staff and good communication skills
Good knowledge of the Office package
Experience working with private customers
Service and customer oriented
Committed and responsible
We would like to see knowledge in refrigeration technology, plumbing, heat pumps (mountain, air-water, from-air), but it is not a requirement.

You are a true team player who enjoys seeing your team develop, and understands the importance of good cooperation both within your own group but also together with the other teams at Everöd.
You have good organizational skills, work in a structured way and always ensure good efficiency in the execution of assignments. As head of department, you are also responsible for profitability in the segment and in this work have support from both sales organization and finance.
Furthermore, we see that you have a great interest in renewable energy solutions and experience in the installation and service industry. It is advantageous if you have experience with heat pumps.
