We are an active Swedish family with two children; a boy age 9 and a girl soon 8
years old. We live in Danderyd which has excellent communications to Stockholm
University or City. The children know a little English but we would like
them to learn more by having an English speaking au-pair/nanny. We
primarily need help with picking up the children from school, keeping them
constructively occupied or taking them to activites, giving them an evening meal
etc. Optionally we also need help with various other household chores like
laundry, cleaning and generally keeping the house tidy. Total time 18-25 hrs per
week. We expect you to be fond of children, responsible and organized.
You should have a drivers license. We would prefer a native english speaker but
Swedish speaking applicants are also welcome. We do not smoke. We offer
a fixed or hourly salary depending on the extent of work we agree. We also offer
board and lodging as an option. There is a room in a separate part of the house
for mutual privacy. The room is equipped with Cable TV, laptop with internet,
kitchenette, own bathroom and a separate entrance.
