You will be responsible for the supplier selection and to deal with, develop and optimise quality criteria for all of our suppliers to our sites and wharehouses. One of the main functions will be to secure that external suppliers reach quality levels and the demands of our customers.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your job responsibilities are including - but not limited to - the following:
• Supplier audits and quality assurance activities - pro-active evaluation, review and corrective actions follow-up
• Supplier selection and evaluation - contributes to global (re)sourcing decisions and to ensure supply base meets fundamental Quality Management System requirements
• Supplier Relationship Management - act as the quality interface and functional owner in the supplier partnership process (Q-quality, D-delivery, C - commercial, P - product development)
• Supplier KPI management and follow up - monitoring, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Close cooperation with the plants, R&D department and sourcing team to ensure adequate quality specifications are provided to suppliers
• Maintain the sourcing parameters
• Pro-active work to limit supply deviation
• Support change management of supplied parts
• Knowledge of the Integrated Management System and observe its processes & requirements
IN ADDITION...
As a SQA, you will be responsible for quality assurance activities in the global external production team. You will be a key player approving the supplier selection and actively support the producing plants and R&D development projects, served by the suppliers under your responsibility. You will build up and maintain supplier relationship and quality performance according to the strategy of the sourcing category.
WHO ARE YOU?
As an ideal candidate you have at least 5 years ' experience as a SQA/SQE. Also required is knowledge of Integrated Management Systems as ISO 9001, OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14001. It is a strength to have quality fokused education.
You have a solid knowledge about modern production philosophies and confident is using FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, Gauge R&R (MSA), SPC/CPK analysis and other quality reports. You also need an understanding of drawings and specification in production for Casting, Sheet metal and standard parts.
Good knowledge of LEAN processes is an advantage
Written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English
Good knowledge of various Manufacturing Processes and SAP is an asset.
University or College degree from a technical field or similar experience.
