hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is recruiting Atelier Coordinator, with the task of ensuring timely and efficient coordination of toiles, proto's and amendments and daily running of the atelier. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the collection process by cutting garments, toile making and amendments in a progressive fashion house.
The role
This is a role that entails overseeing and coordinating short- and long-term workflow, set priorities in atelier and organize weekly meetings. This includes to follow up on workload with head patternmakers and atelier as well as book freelancers. As a atelier coordinator, you will maintain a clean and organized atelier workspace, order material and organize regular maintenance for the atelier. You will also lead and plan apprentice daily tasks in atelier together with mentor and supervisor. Further, you will do invoice management and monitor and respect seasonal budgets. The atelier coordinator will maintain close cooperation and function as a link between product development and pattern team. You will report to head of pattern and atelier and belong to the product and design department.
This is a full time position.
You
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably from a high-end fashion brand. We see that you have good technical skills in sewing, patternmaking and garment construction, as well as knowledge of textile material and trims and of the set-up of industrial machines. As an atelier coordinator, you are highly organized with the ability to lead and prioritize work tasks. Further, we see that you are cooperative, flexible and a creative problem solver with a positive attitude. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You act with integrity at all times and have a natural ability to influence and build trust. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. You are pragmatic and hands-on and get things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued. And ideally, you enjoy working in a creative international environment with a wide range of personalities.
