Job Description Overview:
Your job role will be split in three (2) different main major tasks:
HR Business Partner (80%)
• You will act as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner and support the business and line managers in every day queries regarding Nordic labor law and Nordic HR best practices.
• Recruitment: You will be driving and supporting the line managers with the entire recruitment process. (This includes advertising, screening, interviewing, selection, feedback and hiring of the final candidate).
• Implementing and driving Global HR processes on a local Nordic level.
Currently this includes Salary review and Performance Management.
• You will be supervising and supporting the Nordic Country Head(s) how to optimize and plan for budgeted Headcounts.
• You will be acting as the Fleet Manager responsible for the strategic operations for our company cars.
• Daily support in strategic and operational queries to local management.
• You will be conducting exit interviews with employees leaving and analyzing the results and implementing strategies to reduce personnel turnover.
• You will participate in employee appraisal and performance management.
• You will act as the employer representative in disciplinary individual employee matters.
• Coach and train management team in local Nordic (Swedish Work Environmental laws and regulations) and close cooperation with safety committee.
• You be the "eyes and ears" for all employees and be their ambassador covering their whole employment cycle and be a bridge between employees and management.
Payroll and HR Administration (20%)
• You will maintain and keep the HRMS system up to date.
• You will participate and administrate the salary review.
• You will prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
• You will be responsible for reporting sickness and reports to Försäkrigskassan.
• You will handle pension and insurance administration.
• You will conduct new hire and termination of employees in the HR System.
• You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the employee handbook.
• You will be coordinating the payroll for the Nordic countries and work closely together with our outsourced Payroll provider to ensure an accurate and timely salary payment.
Do you have 2-5 years experience from broad HR tasks and want to become our next HR Manager ? We are looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to eventually grow within the organization and become our HR Manager. You will be working very independently in your everyday work and you will be reporting directly to our Nordic Country Heads. You will be working in an international environment and together with your HR colleagues in Europe and in HQ to share best practices and develop the HR-processes locally and globally.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience or formal education within Swedish labor law is a must
• Excellent Swedish and English both in writing and verbal is a must
• 2-5 years experience from a broad HR i
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Proactive self-starter and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A positive "can do attitude" with a high sense of service mind
ASUS Nordic Organization
• ASUS Nordic currently have 65 employees in the Stockholm office (Nordic Head Office) and another 15 employees in the Nordic countries.
• ASUS Nordic is one legal entity divided into System Business Group and Open Platform Business Group. Each Business Group is managed and lead by a Nordic Country Head.
• The HR Manager reports directly to both Nordic Country Heads.
