• Vendor invoice processing
• Audit of travel expenses, mileage and allowance and process the claims into database
• Scanning of invoices, Bookkeeping and Register transactions via headquarter accounting database,
• Issue invoices,
• AR/AP controlling
• Bank Transaction closing
• General Administration: office supply ordering, company event arrangement, office environment - coffee machine refill
Others: support any office management team relate tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
• Education - Specializing in accounting & administration is a plus
• Good communication skills (spoken and written), Swedish and English to cope with the tasks
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Structured with ability to work in a fast pace and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Careful, patients with eyes for detail
