• Vendor invoice processing: checking and process into correct categories, correct description etc.
• Audit of travel expenses calculation, checking documents/ receipts, mileage and allowance for accountancy.
• Review invoices & expenses for scanning
• Bookkeeping and Register transactions via headquarter accounting database
• Issue invoices & handling credit note
• Monthly Inventory movement checking for cost bookkeeping purpose
• Perform account reconciliation - AR/AP control; follow up on overdue accounts etc.
• Bank closing control and vendor invoice transaction closing
• Monthly reporting: P&L - Budget and monthly financial report uploading
• Others: support any office management team relate tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
• Education - have completed vocational training - Specializing in Accounting or Finance or graduate in economics.
• At least 1 year independent work with accounting and bookkeeping
• Good communication skills (spoken and written), Swedish and English to cope with the tasks
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Structured with ability to work in a fast pace and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Careful, patients with eyes for detail
