hela Sverige Your role will help write the future by actively supporting and guiding management in shaping the next level of Assurance, Risk and Internal Control as well as Quality & OpEx. Keeping in mind ABB's overall strategy and goals you will define and develop Quality & OpEx as well as ARIC strategies, support their local adoption as well as deployment and provide expertise to businesses and functions in implementing Quality and ARIC solutions in their area of responsibility. This includes ensuring that the local organization has an effective management system that addresses ARIC and Quality practices within the operation.
Your work tasks will also include partnering with local management team to set coherent and aligned priorities and targets, monitor progress, analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and act on deviations from targets by initiating and driving improvement projects as well as supporting process design enhancements to standardize processes and controls.
In addition to providing oversight as the first line to ensure operational management maintains a robust risk and control environment, you will also be actively involved in process improvements for the business.
As a foundation, you hold a university degree and have preferably experience in Internal Control or Quality. Prior experience in working with 4Q, Lean and/or Six Sigma as a change agent is advantageus. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP is considered a plus. As you will be working in a global environment, you are in addition to Swedish, also fluent in English, written and spoken alike.
On a personal level, you are a team player with an independent and detail oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills. Moreover, with your service-oriented mindset and can-do attitude, you have a solid commitment to quality, continuous improvement and process development. This you combine with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills which enables you to independently draw conclusions. You are also flexible and know how to effectively work within deadlines.
You will be part of Electrification Products where we manufacture low and medium voltage products for homes and commercial buildings, manufacturing and processing industries and utilities worldwide. Our products and systems are sold via wholesalers, panel builders, OEMs, distributors and systems integrators. They are designed to distribute power, manage, control and monitor machines, protect people and machinery, and help to reduce energy consumption.
