Within the PSCO Packaging Solutions organization, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Automation & Digital Solutions team in the Packaging Solutions organization.
You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with Clusters, Market Companies, D&E, GIM and other central functions, delivering exciting Consumer Engagement solutions within the growing Connected Package portfolio: The Connected Package | Tetra Pak
What you will do
In this role you will drive the profitable growth of Consumer Engagement solutions part of Tetra Pak's Connected Package portfolio and fulfilment of Tetra Pak's 2030 Strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with Clusters and Marketing organization in identifying future consumer and customer needs. Initiate and prioritize projects to address them.
Drive discussions with Portfolio teams and Market Companies in assessing value propositions and prioritizing growth opportunities.
Actively participate in development projects, ensuring the solution meets the market needs.
Support Clusters and Market companies with portfolio knowledge and expertise, in addition to participating in customer visits and presentations, events, workshops.
Collaborate with Clusters to develop go-to-market plans and ensure new product introduction readiness.
Ensure effective product communication in partnership with Marketing Communications team
This position will be located in Lund (Sweden) or in Modena (Italy). Your will travel for approx. 25% of the working time.
Who you are
We believe that you are a dynamic person, having work experience within digital marketing and/or software product management. You are open minded, analytical, curious, eager to adapt to change with a strategic thinking, and to propose new directions. Furthermore, you are structured, results-driven and with strong focus on key value adding activities. Your ability to inspire and communicate in conveying way is crucial, you can build relations both internally and externally and on all levels.
You have a degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Marketing. Additional degrees and trainings (Master's degree, Digital courses, etc) are considered a plus. Enthusiasm for communication and excellent presentation skills are a must.
You have 2 years or more work experience in digital marketing in combination of at least 2 years of experience of software product management. It is required that you have experience of roles with exposure to customers. Certainly, you have experience and a good ability of stakeholder management, on many different levels. Furthermore, you are skilled in project management. You excel at both written and spoken English.
