We are looking for an Associate Global Talent Partner to join us in Stockholm. You will primarily work with our teams in Sweden and the US and will help us drive business impact and hire for our engineering and product teams.
As a member of the Talent and People Team, we are the champions of our greatest asset: Our People. We are looking for someone with a people first focus, a genuine heart and a creative mind, who has good communication skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand the roles to be able to build and maintain pipelines. We want people with different ideas and experiences, hence we're always striving to hire people from different cultures and backgrounds, why you will always work with a diversity focus, regardless if you're sourcing candidates, driving events or working on employer branding strategies. The actions in your day-to-day work will have a direct impact in improving and developing the business. You will have a stake in implementing and developing strategies to allow us to scale and continue to find the top talent.
You will be part of a Talent Team that truly values close collaboration with the business and that always keeps the candidate experience as a top priority.
Responsibilities
• Closely collaborate with engineering- and product teams to gain knowledge in our hiring needs
• Through sourcing, referrals and research, you will ensure success
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for our Tech & Product vacancies
• Maintain and work in Lever, our ATS- Always keep the candidate experience as a top priority
• Aid in the design, development and execution of recruitment related projects
• Build relationships with industry sources, such as universities and community networks
• Together with the Talent- and Marketing team, work on employer branding strategies to attract top talent and build brand awareness
• Be an advocate of the company - you will effectively communicate our mission, culture, values, and job opportunities
Experience
You have experience in sourcing and assessing people with an engineering or/and product background. You have prior experience in focusing on building and maintaining diverse pipelines. It is an advantage if you worked in an ATS before. You are collaborative and have experience working in teams/ close with colleagues in order to achieve common goals. We are constantly evolving, and we embrace the journey we're on why it's good to have an open mindset and the ability to adapt to change quickly. You're fluent in English.
