Publiceringsdatum2011-08-11Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role of the Associate Clinical Outsourcing Manager is to provide operational clinical outsourcing support to study delivery teams assigned to global CPTs, and to regional functional managers as appropriate. You will also support outsourcing activities across functions and globally, aligned to both support service level outsourcing and novel outsourcing recruitments, as assigned. Furthermore, you may also lead negotiations and management of non-complex outsourcing projects.
For this position you will be expected to have a full understanding of how clinical outsourcing contributes to achieving the objectives of the business. You will be expected to support the outsourcing strategy and see to that current decision making processes are applied within the clinical function.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you have a university degree or/and working experience within clinical trials. You have a good knowledge of contract, outsourcing management and experience of working with external service providers. You have a thorough understanding of the key service areas outsourced within clinical, both with business and cross industry, and also understanding of Global outsourcing strategy and procedures. The role requires good communication skills.
To excel in this position, you need to be a team player with strong interpersonal and social skills. You manage changes with positive approach to challenges of change for self, team and business and you see changes as an opportunity to improve performance and add value to business. Furthermore you should be prone to use your own initiative and to be able to work independently. We believe you have strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills that enable you to accept challenges with an energetic and positive attitude.
