Working mostly with the financial industry and online retail, our technology is in use by people and companies all over the world. We have now reached a stage were we are ready to grow, fast. To enable this we are now looking for a few key people that want to join us on our exciting journey ahead.

Based in our Stockholm office this role is responsible for providing a full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the CEO to enabling him to perform his roles to the best of his ability. Ombori in Stockholm is a small entrepreneurial team, so your daily tasks will vary greatly. For you to be successful in this role you need to be a very structured person that is not afraid of hard work. However, continuous improvement is the key to our company culture so we hope that you are eager to take initiatives that will improve or automate your own daily routines, take your own role to the next level and improve the company as a whole. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information that you will be handling you are expected to display the utmost discretion and professionalism. Duties - Lead all administrative work for the small Stockholm office. - Fielding / redirecting telephone calls, correspondence and any ad-hoc requests for company information in an appropriate manner. - Reconciling expenses, and dealing with any related issue - Organising onsite and offsite meetings - Daily calendar and email management (appointments, conference calls, meeting rooms, etc.) - Handle CEO personal matters - Assist in maintenance of databases, as required - Some travel is required but traveling will not be frequent.

Requirements - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Mandarin, Cantonese and Swedish would be highly regarded, though not required. - Bachelor degree with Secretarial qualifications - Advance level of working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint or equivalent. - Able to type minutes, presentations, letters and other documentations. - A professional, resilient and efficient approach. - Ability to communicate confidentially and effectively at all levels with experience of dealing with internal and external customers / clients. - Excellent time management skills, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. - Accuracy and attention to details. - Flexible and proactive with the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative. - Excellent organisational skills.
