Job description
We are looking for an outstanding candidate with a secondary education that has worked approx. 2-3 years in a similar role. You have the ability to work independently, proactively and take your own initiative. In your role you will do planning, coordination, and organization of all supporting activities towards the VP of Growth Market of the Ascom Group and other assigned executives and managers and act as a general support for any issues that arise. You plan Management meetings, propose agenda and take notes at the meetings. International travel will be required for specific conferences and management meetings.

Your responsibility will also be to support VP HR with a various of administrative tasks. For us it is very important that you find joy in giving service, question to deliver the best and always are one step ahead.

The position is based in Gothenburg and you report in your role to the Manager Facility Management.

Responsibilities
• Administrative support for Growth Markets team & HR
• Administrate departmental projects and run your own projects within departments, often at the same time
• Administrate the Intranet & SharePoint: publishing Divisional News, updating sites for the departments
• Actively participate in budget processes
• Responsible for dealing with external partners
• Arrange internal and external conferences and major events
• Streamline administrative procedures for Internal Service
• Travel reservations and administration of profiles
• Expense reports


Competence / Profile
• Very service minded, structured and effective
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels from an internal and external perspective
• You can work independently, make your own decisions, priorities and take decisions
• You are analytical and good at finding creative solutions for the bigger picture rather than partial solution
• You understand how the business works and can drive work for improvement
• You have high integrity
• You have a very high stress level and have the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks
• Flexible and proactive
• Good ability to organize
• Very good knowledge in English and Swedish, both spoken and written is a must
• Very good IT-knowledge and Microsoft Office
• Preferable experience in SharePoint
