Now we are looking for a committed Assistant Service Team Manager to Food & Beverage Team.

What does the role as Assistant Service Team Manager include?
In your role as Assistant Service Team Manager, you will lead our Kitchen Team and also be a part of the operations. Together with Service Team Manager for Food & Bevearge Team, you have responsibility over the kitchen. You lead and develop the business and the employees from the company's strategy, goal and local prerequisites point of view. You have a passion for service and through your leadership, you'll inspire and motivate your employees as well as create prerequisites so that you together can create outstanding customer experience. As Assistant Service Team Manager, you will even be a part of the daily operations and you'll be responsible for planning based on the business needs.

You consider change as a positive thing and have the capability of leading other through change. You are flexible and solution-minded, and it's easy for you to build relations. You are a leader who is present at different times and days and you ser the entirety in everything you do. You consider cooperation and regular feedback as positive things and you are good at communicating. You plan your time and work effectively towards both short and longtime goals. As a leader, you are also brave, modest and stand for Scandic's values!
You have a relevant education and previous experience within service business. It is considered a plus if you have experience from other similar roles. You have good administrative capacity, experience within economical planning and following, as well as good practice in working with different systems. You need to have good abilities in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This position is permanent and full-time. We follow 6 months probationary period.
