We are looking for a person to take on this challenge as Administrative Coordinator to the Industrial Operation Asia - Research & Development with work location in Södertälje.

Your assignment
As Administrative Coordinator at R&D, in an organisation called TR, you will work in close collaboration with supporting the head assistants and management team.
Your main responsibilities among others will be:
• Actively participate in the TR management team with a special focus on some branches of the organisation.
• Administrate, plan, and coordinate management meetings, such as management team meetings and events.
• Administrative support for managers regarding documents, information handling, and systems.
• Plan and support travel arrangements
• Other tasks of supporting a world class R&D-organisation.
Responsibilities potentially also include managing calendars for one or two managers.
TR is an exciting global organisation. The base is in China but we have an office in Södertälje with around 300 employees and consultants.
Your profile
We think you have previous experience as an administrator, assistant, or similar.
On top of that you
• have good interpersonal and networking skills
• have a problem-solving mindset - there is always a way forward
• work proactively and with parallel tasks
• are a good communicator and can deliver information effectively
• no problem expressing yourself in English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing.

Your location
This position is based in Södertälje. Business trips abroad to China could be considered.
