hela Sverige The Assistant Project Manager will be assisting in a given project and will interact with internal and external customers, locally and internationally to follow-up and ensure progress in accordance to plan for the allocated project.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Provide support to Project Managers, Project Team members and Heads of KAs in line with the roles and responsibilities identified in this document
• Be responsible for all tasks within a delivery project such as: financial, delivery and quality
• Adapt the allocation of work packages between roles and the day to day delegation of special tasks to the project core team members to optimize the project
• Lead the project core team toward set KPI's
• Communicate with other divisions within the company
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft scheduling tools and Primavera
• Financial understanding
• Proficient in English and Swedish
• Willing to travel up to 20% per year
