Internationella Engelska skolan Hässleholm is looking for an Assistant principal. You will be responsible for the pastoral and development in the school and you will line manage all staff in the junior school.
You will be a part of the leadership team at the school together with the Principal, Academic Manager and the school economist.
IES Hässleholm has developed rapidly over the past 5 years since it started in 2015 and we now have 420 students
We have 6 classes in year 4-6 and 8 classes in year 7-9. The staff totals 40 people, both teaching and non teaching staff.
We are looking for someone with a teaching background with some experience of school leadership either in management or middle management. You need to have some experience of pastoral care. You must be calm and well organized, capable of operating independently within a given frame work and in the same time be a well functioning team player.
Ability to cope with stress is a given requirement and a good sense of humor is a good asset for the job.
The school is situated in the beautiful T4 area in the north part of the city.
