hela Sverige We are looking for an assistant controller to be based in our Nordic headquarters in Solna.
You will be part of our engaged and agile finance team that takes care of the financial management of all Webhelp companies in the Nordics and Baltic.
Your primary task as an assistant controller is to manage accounts payable. In addition to processing supplier invoices you will support other core financial processes such as accounts receivable, accounting, cash management and financial reporting.
To fit into the role you should be studious, flexible and precise. Furthermore, you should be a good team player that is able to cooperate with all levels of the organization and communicate with different suppliers.
This is a great opportunity for a person with some background in financial management and willingness to learn, to get more experience in financial management.
For the right person this role has the potential to grow into a position as financial controller, accountant or business controller.
Requirements for the work:
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management
• Education or work experience from accounting / financial management
• Sufficient Swedish and English skills
• Experience from contact center operations is an advantage
Working hours: - This is a full-time position and start will be as soon as we find a right candidate.
