hela Sverige As Assistant Business Controller, you will be a member of the Group Business Control team, focusing on business analysis, financial reporting and strategic planning from a Group perspective. This involves responsibilities such as contributing to developing and updating the company's strategic three year plan, ensuring high quality quarterly and monthly reports on group level as well as ad hoc analysis.
Your main tasks will be:
• Assisting in analyzing the Group and Operating Units' business performance and preparing in-depth financial, business and operational analyses to senior management and board.
• Assisting in the consolidation of the Group's monthly/quarterly/annual business reporting and the preparation of the Groups financial analysis.
• Assisting in providing management with relevant financial information to support strategic decisions.
• Participating in the development of the Group's strategy and financial planning.
• Participating in strategic projects such as merger or acquisition projects, review of expansion plans, etc.
We are looking for candidates at the beginning of their careers, i.e. candidates with a university degree in business or engineering and one or two years' experience working full-time at the most. To succeed in this role, we think that you are a high-performing individual with very strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn quickly. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and solid presentation skills are additional requirements.

Key characteristics of the successful candidate include:
• Academic degree within business/economics or engineering.
• No more than 2 years' experience of accounting and financial controlling
• Excellent ability to analyze and verbally communicate financial results
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), Swedish is considered a merit
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, HFM is considered a merit
• Dynamism and drive, eagerness to learn
