Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a new team member for our leadership team. We seek you, an experienced and driven Assistant, to work closely with the new Head of Network Program Office, NPO, and to support the unit and its Leadership team with knowledge of Ericsson processes, systems and tools. Further, you will contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects & training, eg by updating internal information. Your contribution will be much needed to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable focus on the core business. You will also be part of the Development Unit Network LT assistant team, collaborating and contributing to the business support efficiency across the units.
Network Program Office is, among other things, responsible for the overall program governance, capability and associated finance handling and visualization frameworks across the Development Unit Networks, continuous evolvement of our operational structures to meet the customer and product needs, E2E flow execution and most RA Programs.
You will
• Support the Head of NPO and the leadership team with relevant tasks
• Support with travel arrangements
• Plan and organize internal and external events such as meetings, workshops and training (including Project Manager trainings within Development Unit Networks which NPO is responsible for)
• Support internal communication and manage the web for the unit
• Initiate improvements and drive implementation of administrative routines
• Be active in the introduction of newcomers as well as handle entry and exit administration
• Network and connect with other assistants within DNEW and outside the organization
• Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools and other general tools
• Report into Head of Network Program Office
To be successful in the role you must have
• Experience of supporting a global, multi-cultural environment
• Good communication skills, including written and spoken Swedish and English
• >3 years of work experience with administrative tasks within Ericsson or equivalent from other companies
• A good knowledge of IS/IT and Microsoft Office applications and Ericsson specific administrative systems - SharePoint and Teams an advantage
