hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
The section "Product Engineering" is responsible for red arrow within the department "Truck Chassis Development". We continuously update and optimize the truck program produced in our global production. This is done, for example, via assignments within FQ (Field Quality), DOL (Design On Line) and PCR (Product Change Request).
You will be a part of a team with 14 assignment leaders. Your daily work is mostly co-operating within the cross functional working groups of the assignments you are leading.
I see that you have a natural talent for coordinating and communicating. Our assignments arrive as defined customer problems with un-defined solutions. Your mission is to lead the working group to find root cause, short term and long term solution and to implement this in production. Throughout the process you document decisions and agreements finalizing your work with "lessons learned" to help improve processes for the future.
The role demands that you are committed and can motivate and bring the working group, from several cross functions, forward towards the same goal. To be able to accomplish this you need to be efficient in structuring and planning your work even when your surroundings are unclear. Your communication skills are high and you understand the importance of working towards agreements that you continuously document and follow up.
A technical education and a few years' experience from Scania is meritorious. Experience from project management as well as experience within quality work is creditable. I see that you master Swedish and English in both speech and writing as both are frequently used.
