Job Description
Asset Management Nordics, encompassing both Asset Sales and Insurance, currently consist of eight members in total (6 in Sweden, 1 in Denmark and 1 in Norway). This position will preferably be located in Norway but could also be located in Sweden. Your primary focus area will be to work against both Sweden and Norway. Asset Sales are currently involved in repossession activities and asset sales within BU:s OT, HC, C&I, F&A and AGCO Finance as well as damage invoicing for Athlon.
Asset Sales have three primary objectives:
• Maximize Asset Management income (Extensions and Assets Sold)
• Minimize RV-losses
• Minimize risk cost (Bankruptcies and Cancellations)
Areas of Responsibility
• Execute Asset Sales and repossession activities on End of Lease and default cases
• Sell equipment through partners or directly to end users on the second hand market
• Work with the entire sales process and drive business forward
• Operate within existing legal framework, policies and contracts
• Reach the KPI's set by PO Asset Management & Insurance
Your Experience and Qualifications

• Sales experience and a commercial mindset
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interact with clients at different levels
• Good verbal and written Norwegian and/or Swedish and English

• You are not afraid to take decisions that can be challenged
