Where your successes and results are noted and rewarded.Short job descriptionThis position will be embedded on our customer site in Södertälje and play a key role in supporting the customer and our partner Iesa on site. You will be responsible for reducing the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Rockwell Automation has an excellent reputation for developing a strategic maintenance approach which can also directly impact the efficiency of the maintenance department.Main responsibilities:-On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO)-Working with systems that enable the company to track its repairable inventory (both mechanical and electrical) and apply associated warranty programs-Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for day to day activities in support of the maintenance and repair operations-Providing a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking-Reducing MRO stock duplication and obsolescence-Storeroom Support and managing its reorganization in partnership with the customer-Ensuring savings through repairs process to our Customer-Providing monthly financial reports and ad hoc status reports-Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance-Increase "Out of the box" reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external repair vendor capability-Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify asset defects and failures-High focus on creating value for the customer as well as customer service experience.Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or equivalent experience in Industrial manufacturing-Must possess high degree of computer literacy, plus customer account management ideally with startup/project management experience (In-depth knowledge of MS Office)-Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-Has experience with process technology life-science and working with operation project management and mechanical/automation planning.Interpersonal skills:-Open minded - natural curiosity to learn and adapt new working methods.-Takes initiatives and is a self-starter-Good energy and in general positive way of thinking-Good interpersonal communication skills-Ability to navigate in a high complexity environment-Ability to keep calm during hectic situations while keeping focus on sense of urgency.Rockwell will support you with a personal competence and development plan as well as team work with other AMPS across EMEA both during your onboarding and for your long term development in Rockwell.Our offer:You will have the opportunity to be part of an international and highly skilled sales and automation team where you will work closely together with some of the best people in the business exchanging experiences and helping each other.
