ASSA ABLOY Hospitality seeks Sales Manager, Education and Health.

Position summary
The Sales Manager, Education and Health is responsible for the direct sales to both sectors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for prospecting, proposing, and closing sales to new and existing customers in the Sweden
• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager with accounts as needed.
• Provide reports, sales projections, and other documentation as requested; and actively
participate in the resolution of any customer problems.
• Make effective sales calls to existing or prospective customers and grow territory sales
volumes whilst maintaining appropriate records documenting customer interaction.
• Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology)
• Work well independently (in a tight time line), self motivated, and takes initiative.
• Computer literate with strong ingenuity (strong knowledge in network technologies, LAN/ WAN environments, routing, TCP/IP, and components).
• Manage relationships, at a regional level, with purchasing company accounts, ownership and management companies etc.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers to optimize the sales opportunities.
• Evaluate existing and potential customers and concentrate major selling effort on those customers that represent the greatest opportunity for volume growth.
• Create quarterly and annual action plans based on opportunities identified; actively support sales and technical training needs of existing customers; investigate customer complaints and make recommendations to management.
• Maintain proficiency on all sales and technical aspects of products.
• Convey significant developments to management; participate in industry association meetings and trade shows as appropriate; prepare annual sales forecasts.
• Project a favorable image of the Company when interfacing with the outside community.
• Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the Sales Department.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

Candidates must have:
• Must be a known high achiever in selling capital items into the Education and Health sectors preferably with a focus on security products.
• Three years minimum experience in sales and business development management, including responsibility for key accounts, with adequate leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Education and Health market, or similar markets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a preferred educational level.
• Willingness to travel around the Sweden
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Must have a successful history of managing and growing sales revenues.
• Must have a demonstrated track record of working under minimal direct supervision.

• Strong and effective presentation and communication skills, whether one-on-one, in public settings, or via written media.
