The position as Digital Transformation Manager is new and you will make a very important contribution in understanding and meeting the needs of the business and our present and future customers.
What you will be doing
As the Digital Transformation Manager you will be responsible for driving the Digital Transformation from IT: for strategy, architecture and road maps within e-business and digitization. You will be a business-speaking partner towards colleagues around the world to secure a unified approach on processes. You will be working in an organization that is dynamic and fast paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business.
You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for delivery and results within your area of work.

What we are looking for
We think that you have a relevant university degree, previous experience from working in a corresponding role with digital transformation in an international company and in close cooperation with the business. You have experience in e-solutions (B2B, B2C, Content Management), driving change and documented project manager skills.
As a person you are self & result driven, you possess good analytic and decision-making skills. You enjoy strategic discussions and understand business needs and targets and are able to translate those into solutions. Furthermore we believe that you are a communicative person and a good facilitator.
Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues. This position involves travelling.
