hela Sverige The Swedish Academy of Realist Art (SARA) is always looking for models to pose for students and faculty. There is no experience necessary. Models are very important to the work we do at SARA, so we make every effort to create a comfortable, positive working environment for our models. There is always someone there to help set up a suitable pose and to assist the model if they need anything. SARA especially appreciates working with people who are interested in the artistic process and enjoy collaborating with us in creating beautiful work! For information about our academy, visit

Job Description
Figure Model (nude) - 120 SEK per hour
If you are interested in working as a figure model, please send a recent photo (of your face) and a simple physical description of yourself (for example, list if you have any tattoos and piercings, if you are tall or short, athletic, curvy, thin, etc.), and anything else you feel would be nice for us to know! SARA is interested in hiring men and women of all body types.
Please note: You must be at least 18 years of age!
A figure model is required to stand nude (no clothes) holding still in the same position for 20 min at a time, with a five minute break between each pose. There is one longer 10 min break if you are posing for more than two hours.
Portrait Model - 80 SEK per hour
If you are interested in working as a portrait model, please send a recent photo of your face and a statement explaining why you would like to be a portrait model. SARA is interested in hiring both men and women of all ages.
A portrait model is required to sit, holding still in the same position, for 40 min at a time, with five a minute break between each pose. There is one longer 10 min break if you are posing for more than two hours.
WORKING HOURS:
We are looking for models who will be available to be booked for upcoming long poses, starting in August 2015 (schedule may be adjusted)
Monday - Thursday - 8:15 to 11:15, 13:00-16:00 (Figure, Long Pose)
Thursday - 18:00-20:00 (Figure, Open Kroki)
Friday - 8:00-11:00 (Figure, Gestures)
