ABOUT PALINDROME
Palindrome Interactive is a fast growing game development company based in Skövde. The studio consists of close to 30 passionate developers that all share a love of strategy games. We aim to become a world leader within the strategy games genre and to create some of the most enjoyable tactical and strategic game experiences possible.
We are passionate, ambitious, and are not afraid to follow our dreams!
The studio was fully acquired by Embracer Group in August 2020.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Art Director at Palindrome you work closely with project and studio leadership in order to establish the visual identity of the project, and to ensure that the vision stays cohesive throughout production. You are a key driving force within the team and constantly encourage the team to be innovative and creative!
On a daily basis you champion visual quality and always seek to push limits.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ Years of experience working in the video game industry in an artistic capacity.
Strong artistic skills and an excellent understanding of different artistic styles, themes & genres.
Great communication skills and a superb ability to work within a team.
Experienced in guiding a team towards a creative vision.
At least one relevant shipped title.

The position is full time and available on location at our office in Skövde, Sweden.
