In the unit BNEP ICT Development Environment, BID, all development for DNEP's CI framework, test tools, test automation framework, test orchestration and test environment is handled. The mission for BID is to enable cost efficient radio development worldwide with our development environment as a competitive advantage, both for present and future business needs. This will be achieved by enabling flow and transparency, enhance collaboration with aligned way of working as well as reducing cost through infrastructure sharing.
Job Summary:
We are now looking for an Area Product Owner within the area of Test Orchestration (TAO).The job position includes a key role in the development of the Test Orchestration products (such as TGF, TGS, ICA, VM Manager, SW Defined TE), which are used across the organization for automated testing and in Continuous Integration (CI) loops. We are looking for a strong technical leader with strong technical competence.
You will be part of the TAO (Test Automation Framework and Orchestration) leadership team and report to the sector head of BID TAO sector. Your main responsibilities will be:
APO (Area Product Owner) role for Test Orchestration products, today TGF1.0, TGS, ICA, VM Manager and SW Defined Test Environment, with stakeholders and users in cross-functional teams across DURA PDUs. Main user groups are today within PDU 2G3G, PDU 4G5G, PDU BI and PDU Radio.
Lead the stake-holder group with representatives from each PDU within DURA.
Lead studies within the Test Orchestration area.
Take lead in complex technical architectural decisions.
Actively drive the area of Test Orchestration within DNEP towards a Service Oriented Architecture aimed for Cloud applications as well as HW based entities.
Actively establish Test Orchestration usage for 5G verification.
Represent Test Orchestration in different forums and internal steering group meetings.
Interface the PDUs within DNEP, as the central contact for new test orchestration products.
Qualifications & Education Requirements

M. Sc. in Computer Science, Data Communication, Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic degree
Excellent ability to Drive Technology Leadership and Innovation within Test Automation Framework area
Excellent ability to Drive Test Automation Framework Standardization, Change Management and Alignment cross-PDU
Proven Persuading and Influencing skills
Excellent Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
Excellent Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Excellent Lean & Agile Knowledge & Skills
Experience of working with SW development tools like Eclipse, GIT, Gerrit
Knowledge in other programming languages than Java (such as Scala, C/C++, Python, Perl)
Experience of IP Network and Transport technologies
Knowledge of the RBS6000G2, RNC and 5G test environments including Cloud.
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Strong ability in delivering results
