Sales Customer Service at Volvo Car Sverige (VCS) is a part of the Sales Operations function and includes a number of areas as products, services and concepts, all for a modern car ownership. The department consists of four Area Managers and you report to Sales Manager. As Area Manager you represent Sales Operations with main responsibility for the Customer Service business and its functions towards our Volvo Cars Dealers and our business partners. In your role, you will be responsible for one of Volvo Car Sverige's sales regions, and the position requires frequent travelling throughout the year.



Main responsibilities
* Responsible for securing that VCS together with the Volvo Dealers are developing the Customer Service business
* Implement VCS business plan in the region, drive common plans and activities to reach set objectives and targets
* Implement sales activities
* Support Customer Satisfaction at the Volvo Dealers
* Inform about and trigger prioritized business areas and concepts in the region
* To secure that VCS Customer Service quantitative and qualitative targets and objectives are reached on local Volvo Dealer level through cross functional teamwork
* Drive the VCS business and overall plans together with the Volvo Dealers in the region through close cooperation and teamwork with VCS Area Manager Car Sales



Required Qualifications
* University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Good knowledge in Swedish & English language
* Drivers licence
* Good knowledge of the Swedish Volvo Dealer network is meritorious
* Experience from working in a sales organization and/or customer service is meritorious



Personal Qualifications
* You are both operative and strategic and have good team work spirit
* You are sales, business and result oriented and have the business acumen and ability to strive to enthusiasm, motivate and build trust both internally at Volvo Cars as well as at the Volvo Dealers
* You have good social skills, are open-minded and communicative and the ability to build strong relations in a professional manner
* You have the ability to organize and structure.
