We are looking for you that want to be a part of building the future OMNI solutions for our store-business. You will focus on new initiatives and ongoing projects in our global OMNI strategy. The responsibility is both on a division level as well as being overall responsible for the current IT architecture for one focused area within the organization. This is a golden opportunity for you to show your IT skills to the rest of the world. Your IT solutions will be rolled out to some 4500 stores located in more than 60 countries all over the world. Your IT design will be pushed to the limit every minute of the day by 161 000 coworkers around the globe.
It is crucial that you keep a close eye to the global digital solutions available in the market and align our strategies accordingly. You will work close together with our other architects within the division as well as architects from other divisions. You have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act with confidence in your leadership.
Due to the fact that we only focus on purchased IT solutions, we do believe you both have a broad IT background and also have experience from working with IT services and purchased IT solutions. Your responsibilities
• Develop and ensure adherence to Division Sales Store's target architectural roadmap, plans and strategies
• Proactively propose solutions/projects to business responsible and prove by running proof of concepts
• Work close with our IT solution vendors to build architecture roadmaps for H&M's Store IT environment
• Participate in division steering forums
• Be part of a Service Area management team and have overall responsibility for the architecture and the solutions that a service area delivers, including both enterprise- and application architecture
• Involved in the establishment and maintenance of the new Test Store
• Drive cross-functional architecture initiatives
• Understand and analyze the business demands and how they can be implemented in the architecture
• Anchor your viewpoints of the architecture with decision-makers, understand and manage different stakeholders
• Take a strategic responsibility for the solutions and that they are aligned with future business processes and H&Ms information model
• Close cooperation with Governance and other architects and contribute to the H&M enterprise architecture forums

To succeed in this role, we see that you preferably have below skills:
• Several years of experience as Enterprise Architect, Technical Presales or similar
• Genuine technical interest
• Broad IT background and experience from working with IT services and purchased IT solutions
• Experience of working in large IT landscapes like POS and ERP etc. and experience from working in large complex organization
• Experience of architecture modelling
It is an advantage if you have experience from retail. Good communication skills in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
This is a fulltime position based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
