Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your commercial mindset and excellent communication skills can make a real impact? The Technology Unit Energy Spare Parts sells and delivers spare parts to Pulp & Energy customers.
We are now looking for a Manager, Energy Spare Parts. The role is preferable located in Gothenburg or Tampere.
As a Manager, Energy Spare Parts, you will report to the Director, Energy Spare Parts. You will drive the sales of Energy Spare Parts in EMEA market area, and you will be responsible for sales including pricing, contract negotiations, regular contacting to regions and develop business growth.
You will be responsible for:
• Responsible of Energy Spare Parts customer service team
• Coordinating offering and follow up deliveries, financial follow-up for the market area
• Responsibility for EMEA market area, Development of Marketing Strategies and materials
• Annual sales budget and planning
• Ensuring high quality and competitive on-time offering and pricing
• Working closely and cooperatively with other Valmet internal stakeholders, and developing tools and methods for continuous development
• Seeking out new customer opportunities and maintaining existing customer base
Who are you?
We expect you to have a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. To be successful in this position you need to have good team leading and networking skills, flexibility, willingness, and proven capability to learn and extend your knowledge. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PP) and capability to use ERP and other systems.
As a person, you must be commercial-minded, customer-oriented, and a dynamic team player with good presentation and communications skills. Fluency in English is a must; other languages are an asset (Finnish / Swedish).
