• Maintain existing accounts and develop new customer business within assigned target market according to the European and International Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Be responsible for the achievement of corresponding sales and margin objectives within the assigned accounts.
• Also be a leading project team member in a multi-functional team handling customer application projects from RFQ to SOP.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers and have a key role in being the customer's voice inside the company.
• Be responsible for identifying technology trends for your customers and collect data in Customer Development Plans to serve as input for the Technology Development Plan.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
• At the minimum, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent and proven work experience.
• A strong understanding of selling concepts and the automotive market. Knowledge of the truck market is also an asset.
• Positive personal traits such as empathy, drive, strength of character and good interpersonal skills.
• The ability to balance long term strategic thinking and hands-on executive capabilities
• The ability to create value by combining business trend knowledge, engineering innovations and rigorous account management to maintain, increase or recover profitability
• The flexibility and willingness to adapt your own work schedule to satisfy customer needs
• A proficient level in English, which is mandatory. (Swedish, German, French and other language skills are advantageous)
The position is located in Mjällby.
