What you will be doing
You will be responsible for our existing One Solution team consisting of architects, Project Managers and developers and implementing the strategic ONE Solution Programme in alignment with the Pulse Programme.
• Work with the Business Process Ownership (BPO) organization and the IT solutions architect(s) and developers to implement and deploy ERP (AX), CRM and service Solution across ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Globally
• Be responsible for budget, resources time plans and quality
• Close cooperation with the Project Managers, deployment resources and other members of the IS/IT organization.

What we are looking for

We believe you have 3-5 years' experience as Programme Director with experience from ERP, CRM and e-solutions implementations and development. You have documented experience of ERP implementations globally and it is a plus if your experience is related to Enterprise companies. It is important that you have good knowledge of business processes in relation to Sales, Service and Supply Chain.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Have quality thinking on deliveries
• Good analysis/decision making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong communication skills
